**SINGLE USE**

To create a single use serving:

Add 1/8 teaspoon of DAILY MINERALS to 8 - 12 oz. of water, tea, juice, or smoothie.

Allow at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking (excluding water) or taking supplements or medication.


**BOOSTER DRINK PROTOCOL**

For an effective jump-start, begin with the Booster Drink Protocol. This protocol can be followed for 1 to 4 weeks, or as desired.

1. Take the Booster Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, before consuming food, supplements, or medication. Allow at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking (excluding water) or taking supplements or medication.

2. Mix 1 teaspoon of DAILY MINERALS per hundred pounds of body weight in 8 - 12 oz. of treated water. For example: 100 lbs = 1 teaspoon, 150 lbs = 1.5 teaspoons, 200 lbs = 2 teaspoons.

3. Immediately after consuming the Booster Drink, drink as much treated water (see Treated Water Options section) as comfortably possible. Throughout the day, aim to drink up to 1 gallon of treated water. Optionally, a second dose of the Booster Drink may be taken later in the day, with at least two hours before bedtime.

**MAINTENANCE**

If not following the Booster Drink Protocol, begin with the Maintenance directions for ongoing usage.

1. Drink a single use (see Single Use section) or a glass of treated water (see Treated Water Options section) first thing in the morning before consuming food, supplements, or medication. Allow at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking (excluding water) or taking supplements or medication.

2. For optimal results, consider consuming multiple single uses or glasses of treated water throughout the day, although one serving is sufficient for maintenance.

**TREATED WATER OPTIONS**

Choose the appropriate method to prepare your treated water:

- FILTERED WATER: Add 1-2 teaspoons of DAILY MINERALS per gallon or 1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) per liter of water. Mix or stir thoroughly. The water can be consumed immediately.

- TAP WATER NOT TREATED WITH CHLORINE: Add 2 teaspoons of DAILY MINERALS per gallon or 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) per liter of water. Mix or stir thoroughly. The water can be consumed immediately.

- TAP WATER TREATED WITH CHLORINE: Add 2 teaspoons of DAILY MINERALS per gallon or 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) per liter of water. Mix or stir thoroughly. Allow the water to sit uncovered for 24 hours to allow chlorine gas to escape before consuming.

Please note that during the initial stages, some individuals may experience detoxification effects, which could include fatigue or headaches. If discomfort persists, consider reducing the amount of DAILY MINERALS in the Booster Drink or discontinue its use while continuing to consume the treated water, if possible.
